About VIPyy

VIPyy is building a connected nightlife and hospitality network that brings venues, live events, promoters, talent, transportation partners, and customers together. Through the VIPyy app and VIPyy-verse platform, our goal is to help partners grow revenue while making it easier for customers to discover and enjoy nightlife experiences.

We are seeking a Regional Manager to lead VIPyy’s growth in the Atlanta area. This person will build strong local partnerships, develop a reliable promoter network, support events, and serve as VIPyy’s main point of contact across the region.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit and onboard nightclubs, lounges, event venues, party bus operators, and other local partners.
• Build relationships with venue owners and managers, promoters, DJs, artists, sponsors, and community leaders.
• Recruit, guide, and coordinate local promoters to support venue campaigns, ticket sales, memberships, and events.
• Identify opportunities for VIPyy membership passes, venue promotions, transportation bookings, and other platform services.
• Help plan and execute local events, including coordinating partners, tracking sales, and addressing operational needs.
• Maintain regular communication with partners and help resolve issues promptly.
• Track outreach, partnerships, events, and regional performance; provide clear updates to VIPyy leadership.
• Represent VIPyy professionally at meetings, venues, and industry events.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in nightlife, hospitality, live events, sales, partnerships, or team management.
• Strong knowledge of the Atlanta nightlife and entertainment market.
• A proven ability to build relationships, follow through on commitments, and work independently.
• Confidence speaking with business owners and presenting partnership opportunities.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Availability to attend some evening and weekend meetings or events.
• Reliable transportation for travel throughout the assigned region.

Experience managing promoters, selling sponsorships, developing venue partnerships, or launching events is a plus.

What Success Looks Like

You will develop an active network of venue and transportation partners, establish a dependable local promoter team, support successful events, and create measurable growth in VIPyy’s regional activity. You will be expected to keep partners engaged and give leadership an accurate view of opportunities, results, and challenges.
